Return and Refund Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Your Right to Return

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us by email at info@dodopad.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us by email at info@dodopad.com, quoting your order number.
  2. Securely package the item, preferably using the original packaging where possible.
  3. Include your order details inside the parcel.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage and, where appropriate, using a tracked delivery service, as we may be unable to process refunds for items that do not reach us. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items should be sent back in a reasonable condition. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Where possible, items should be returned in their original inner packaging and securely packaged for transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For orders returned within the applicable period, we will refund the purchase price of the goods.

We regret that we cannot refund any postage or handling charges incurred unless the goods were damaged or defective at the time of receipt.

Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@dodopad.com or by telephone on +44 (0)345 053 1166.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. We will also reimburse any reasonable return postage costs incurred in returning faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it.

For items returned in their original condition, a nominal exchange handling and redelivery charge of £4.99 applies to UK exchanges. International exchanges will be subject to the applicable overseas delivery charges. Any difference in price between the original and replacement item must be paid before the replacement item is dispatched.

Exclusions

The right to cancel may not apply to certain goods, including personalised or custom-made products, where permitted by law. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
