UK Delivery

Standard Delivery

Most of our UK deliveries are handled by Royal Mail. Their Tracked 48 service typically arrives within 3–5 working days, although around 95% of parcels are delivered the next working day. As this is not a guaranteed service, occasional delays can occur and are outside of our control.

Royal Mail considers a parcel to be lost if it has not been delivered after 15 working days. If your order has still not arrived after this time, we will be happy to either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

 

Next Working Day Delivery

  • Order before 12pm Monday to Thursday

Our Next Working Day service is available for mainland UK addresses and operates Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12pm from Monday to Thursday will be dispatched for delivery the following working day using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday, or at any time on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered accordingly.

Please note that while Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day, this is not a guaranteed service.

 

International Delivery

  • Rest of the World: £19.99

International orders are sent using Royal Mail's International service. Parcels receive priority handling and are dispatched from the UK on the earliest available flight.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local customs procedures.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country.
