DEFINITIONS

“DPL” means The Dodo Pad Limited, company number 03331934, registered in England and Wales also referred to as “we” or “us” in these terms and conditions.

OUR SERVICE

We want to give you a superb service and for you to be really happy with us. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please email us at info@dodopad.com. We’ll do our very best to get back to you within 48 hours, and we’ll do everything we can to put things right for you.

ORDERS

Payment
We take payment when you place your order, rather than at the time of despatch, including for pre-ordered products. This is to ensure there are no delays with collecting payment when we despatch your Dodo Pad products.

Despatch
If we have your product in stock and we receive your order before 12pm (UK Standard Time) on a UK working day we’ll despatch it the same day. If we get your order after 12pm, we’ll send it out the next working day. We do not despatch any items on weekends or English and Welsh Bank Holidays.

Pre-orders
In order to provide customers with the benefit of pre-ordering and/or using promotional discount codes, we very occasionally make a new product available to pre-order just prior to its arrival in our warehouse. Please note that if your order includes a pre-ordered item not yet available, the whole order will be despatched when the pre-ordered item comes into stock. If you require any items before then, please call the office during UK business hours (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm) on +44 (0)345 053 1166 to arrange delivery. Please note that a further order handling charge and postage may be levied in this case.


Returns Policy

Should you not be happy with your order, for any reason, you have the right to return items within fourteen days from receipt of the goods and receive a full refund for the cost of the goods. Your return should be sent to:

The product should be in its original inner packaging (if applicable) and, ideally, wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received it.
 

Please include both your customer and order numbers and ensure that you retain dated proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

We regret that we cannot refund any return postage or handling charges incurred unless the goods were damaged or defective at the time of receipt. If such an item arrives, please contact us immediately by email (info@dodopad.com ) or phone (+44 (0)345 053 1166) and we will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you.

If you wish to exchange goods which are returned to us in their original saleable condition, we will make a nominal charge of £4.99 (for UK delivery; otherwise overseas delivery charges will apply) plus, if required, any balance of costs outstanding on the replacement goods despatched to you. 

 

MARKETING OFFERS

We will, from time to time, provide special offers via our email newsletter. These are valid online at www.dodopad.com. These will be valid for a limited time only, please see the expiry date in newsletter. Discount will be provided once stated code is entered at the online checkout. Offers will not include delivery unless stated otherwise. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers unless stated otherwise. As our special offers are contingent on availability, we may change the terms of special offers and promotional codes, or withdraw them altogether, at any time, and without prior notice. We also reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to offer different personalised special offers and promotions and it will therefore only be possible for the customer in receipt of the special offer to redeem the discount.

 

DELIVERY OFFERS

From time to time we may provide offers for free delivery within the UK. 

UK DELIVERY

Standard delivery (3-5 days): £4.99, free on orders over £50.00

Next working day delivery (orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday): £7.99

Most of our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, who advise that their Tracked service delivery can take between one to two working days. 95% of Royal Mail parcels arrive the very next day but some can take an extra day and therefore is not a guaranteed service. Unfortunately we’re not able to take responsibility for any delays on their part. But if there are any problems, we’ll do our best to let you know as soon as we can. Royal Mail categorises a parcel as ‘lost’ if it still hasn’t been delivered after 15 working days. If your parcel has still not arrived after this time, we’ll happily offer you a refund or send your parcel out again, completely up to you.

Our next working day service delivers to mainland UK from Monday to Friday. So, if you place an order for courier delivery before 12pm between Monday and Thursday we will despatch it for delivery the next day. If we receive your order after 12pm on a Thursday and any time on a Friday it’ll be delivered the following Monday. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for our Next Working Day delivery.

United States: £19.99
Rest of the World: £19.99

We send overseas deliveries using Royal Mail’s International service.

Royal Mail International parcels get priority handling and tracking in the UK and are despatched from the UK on the first available flight. 

We’re not able to accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit to us or any other circumstances beyond our control, except at our discretion.

 

DISCOUNT CODES

We reserve the right to withdraw our discounts at any time.
